Jasmine Bath Oil

DIY Beautiful Natural Bath Salts and Oil

This makes one jar about one cup

Ingredients
25 drops of jasmine oil
4 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
2 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons macadamia oil
2 tablespoons of water
1 gardenia flower (use only the petals)

Method
place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix with a spoon until all combined.
pour the oil into a jar and store in the bathroom and use as directed down below, this jasmine oil will last up to one month.

Directions
place a few drops into your bath for a romantic, loving soothing soak.

1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon of rosehip oil
20 drops of opium oil
1 teaspoon of dried peppermint (or cut open a peppermint teabag and use that instead)
1 teaspoon of dried camomile (or cut open a camomile teabag and use that instead)
1 gardenia flower (use only the petals)
2 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of macadamia oil

Method
place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix until they are all combined.
pour the mixture into a jar and store in the bathroom and use as directed down below, this bath oil will last up to one month.

1 cup of epsom salts
1/4 cup of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda

Method
place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix with a spoon until all combined and the jasmine oil has covered all of the other ingredients.
place the salt mixture into a jar and store in the bathroom for up to 3 months and use as directed below.

Directions
add 1/4 cup of salts to your bath for a soothing, muscle healing soak.

jasmine is amazing for helping the body become uplifted and getting into a joyful mood.
epsom salts are so good for the body to help ease any sore muscles, as they are absorbed through the skin and work to relieve any tension, pain or inflammation in the bodies muscles.
