Roasted Red Pepper And Black Garlic Hummus 

I absolutely recommend this wonderful Hummus , it is full of so many different yet subtle flavor and its a super easy recipe.

I started using black garlic about a year ago and loved the flavor it gives to food , when I tried it in this recipe I was amazed at how well the roasted red peppers and black garlic paired !

Roasted Red Pepper And Black Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  1. 1 jar of chick peas (juice in)
  2. 3 large cloves black garlic
  3. 1 large red pepper roasted  
  4. 1 tbs tahini
  5. pinch of salt to taste
  6. pinch of pepper to taste
  7. juice of 1/2 a lemon (add more of less as you go )
  8. olive oil
  9. Directions

Throw 1-6  in a food processor and hit high

once slightly blended add  in a tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice , tasting as you go and adding more until you get the texture and flavor you like.

I tend to use a whole lemon and about 5 tbs of olive oil as I prefer my hummus really smooth and lemon is a fav around here ❤️
