Turmeric paste the quickest and easiest way to get your daily dose
You literally can’t read anything regarding health without turmeric popping up at some stage, and for good reason this spice is so full of nutrients and antioxidants that it deserves front page, and also deserves to be part of your daily rituals.

A good daily dose of turmeric is about 1/2 – 1 tbls
I find mixing it with cinnamon honey and coconut oil easiest, it also gives you such a great kick start for a healthy day!

Turmeric The Easiest Way To Get Your Daily Dose
1 tsp organic turmeric
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp coconut oil
pinch of black pepper (optional)
1 tbsp honey
* It is beneficial to take black pepper with turmeric because it helps the body to absorb turmeric.
mix well with a fork into a paste take a full spoon in morning and another at night.
The other option is a lovely drink when you have time to spare usually a weekend thing, but well worth it and the added vitamin c is a huge bonus !

Squeeze fresh oranges and half a lemon
Add paste and whisk together or shake in a jar until blended
