Absolutely Perfect Coconut Water Lemonade
Such a great and easy recipe for those crazy hot summer days…..And I swear it is absolutely perfect!
Currently I am sitting in a heat wave in spain ….. so anything cooling and heathy is my friend !
This coconut water lemonade can be made with sugar of your choice we used honey in our last batch and it was really good although we had to stir a little longer to get it to melt in with rest of the ingredients.
4 cups pure coconut water
1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons agave nectar or sugar
2 sliced lemons
2 sliced limes
Put sliced lemons and limes in a large jug , pour the coconut water, lemon juice, lime juice and sugar over the lemons and limes and start Stirring.
Serve with fresh mint leaves and ice.
