Healing Turmeric Smoothing
This perfect Healing turmeric smoothie is not only delicious but its wickedly good for you.
Tbs of fictional fibre
Scoop of vanilla pea protein
Cup of almond milk
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
Place all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until combine.
Pour into a glass and drink and enjoy!!!!
The best thing is that you can not even taste the turmeric but you still get all the wonderful benefits that turmeric provides your body.

- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tablespoon of fictional fibre
- 1 scoop of vanilla pea protein
