Green Machine Smoothie

 A super  hearty and deliciously creamy green smoothie.

The ingredients are super simple and not too fancy and unlike other green smoothies this one tastes nothing like it looks. Don’t let the green colour frighten you away, this is bursting with flavours and a great kick start your day ! Or the perfect   energising 3 pm snack to get you through that weird slump.

Green Machine Smoothie

Ingredients 

1 frozen banana
3/4 cup of frozen mango
tsp of barley grass powder (or greens)
tbs of functional fibre
 Scoop of vanilla pea protein (or protein of your choice)
1 cup of almond milk
splash of water
1 handful of baby spinach

Directions 

Place spinach and almond milk in the blender and and blend until combined nicely together.
Add in all other ingredients and blend for a little while longer and until nice and creamy.
pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy !
