Mango Banana Smoothie Bowl
What an amazing way to start your day ! super easy and crazy good.
Both mango and banana are great frozen just chop them up put a handful into individual ziplock bags and freeze.
5 ounces frozen mango chunks (about 3/4 cup)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1 tbs honey
1/2 frozen banana chopped
1 tsp maca powder
dried cranberries or raisins
small handful of granola or chia seeds
Combine frozen mango chunks, banana, coconut milk, maca powder, turmeric in a blender and blast on high until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle the granola, cranberries or raisins on top
Finish off with the honey drizzled on top
