Perfect Peanut Satay Sauce

This sauce is addictive !

once you’ve had some you’ll want more instantly don’t worry its full of protein and as long as you get “just peanuts” peanut butter your safe …. always read the ingredient list on your peanut butter ❤️

I love having this with raw veggies or on crackers as a delicious dip. Feel free to add some of this deliciousness to your personal favourite dishes and see how it goes.

Peanut butter is actually a superfood, despite what some people may think due to its fat content. In some studies it has been proven that eating a healthy amount of natural fat doesn’t make you fat, so the rumour that eating fat makes you fat isn’t actually true.

Peanut butter has an abundance of health benefits that will help you feel your best. Along with the healthy fats peanut butter has protein and potassium which help lower the risk of high blood pressure, stroke and heart disease. It also has a good amount of fibre which is essential for you digestion and along with all that there is some magnesium which helps with muscular and bone health and vitamin E and even some antioxidants to help you glow from the inside out.
