Roasted Balsamic And Herb Mushroom Skewers
The perfect appetizers for you Christmas get togethers ! These roasted mushroom skewers are absolutely bursting with flavors and are super easy.
If your making these for guests pick out some nice big mushrooms as the small ones tend to get a shriveled look …. although the taste is just as good.
Roasted balsamic and herb mushroom skewers are completely vegan so get them on the menu for the vegan guests or if your going to try the VEGANUARY this January.
I used Chopped parsley and tarragon as the garnish for these balsamic herb skewers but you can totally change it up with your favorite herbs. You can also make these without the skewers if you want an easy mushroom side dish.
2 pounds white or brown mushrooms
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp honey
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs tamari
4 minced garlic cloves
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup Chopped parsley andtarragon
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Mix all ingredients together and marinate mushrooms for 1 hour.
Spread mushrooms on a lightly greased baking dish and cook for 25 – 35 minutes, tossing every now and then during cooking.
Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
